    We provide consistent results at a fraction of the cost, with no overhead or training required. All from day one after completing the short onboarding of your roofing business.
  • What exactly does Roof Connect USA do for my business?
    We act as your virtual sales team, handling roof measurements, quotes, and closing deals remotely.
  • How much money can I save compared to traditional sales methods?
    Our clients save up to 50% on sales costs compared to in-house teams. These savings can be higher or lower depending primarily on how many qualified appointments you can provide, and secondarily by market conditions. We advise to try to fill as many appointment slots as you can, and having a good criteria for lead qualification.
  • Do I still need to generate leads, or does Roof Connect handle that too?
    You generate leads, and we handle everything from presenting quotes to closing sales.
  • What happens if a client cancels after signing a contract?
    If a client cancels within three business days, no commission is due. Depending on if your state allows for a higher cancelation time between the homeowner and the contractor this can be adapted. Fairness is a two way street, if a homeowner has the legal right in your state to cancel within 3 days, it's only fair that Roof Connect USA allows your business to get refunded for the sale to not add to your overhead or risk of using Roof Connect USA's services.
  • How do I pay Roof Connect, and what’s the payment schedule?
    Payments are due every Monday for deals closed more than three business days prior.
  • What does the free trial include, and are there any hidden costs?
    The free trial includes full sales services at a fixed $1,500 commission per closed deal, with no hidden fees, and a few limited perks like 7 appointments a day maximum, no simultaneous appointments slots, and biweekly sales reports instead of weekly reports like in the Pro Plan.
  • Are there additional fees beyond the fixed commissions?
    For the Pro Plan, there’s a $5,000 monthly fee for two appointment slots and $1,000 per closed sale. Any additional simultaneous appointment slot cost $2,000. Remember each appointment slot frees up to 7 appointments a day, that's 5x of what a in-person Sales Rep can handle. For the On-Demand Plan, there is no monthly fee, but there is an appointment fee of $50 per appointment. The total cost to the contractor per successful sale is $2,000. No reports included in this plan.
  • Do you handle high-impact window sales, or is this only for roofs?
    Currently, we focus on roofing, but we are exploring options for high-impact windows and many other residential products like Solar Panels, Water Filters and so much more.
  • Can Roof Connect handle high-volume lead flows for my business?
    Yes, we scale effortlessly to handle as many appointments as you can provide. The only extra costs associated to scaling are the simultaneous appointment slots allowed.
  • What if a homeowner has specific questions about my contracts or pricing?
    Our reps have years of experience selling roofs in person and more recently online, they also have a A.I. Co-Pilot powered by Chat GPT to help the reps answer any question a homeowner makes about your specific roofing business during the live video call, which makes them look as if they have been working for your company since it's inception. It's seamless professionalism that gives confidence to homeowners to go with your price.
  • How accurate are your roof measurements, and what tools do you use?
    We use satellite-based tools for highly accurate roof measurements tailored for quoting. On the On-Boarding we talk about how you handle waste percentages, and how we recommend you standardize your costs structure to simplify your growth and limit mistakes in final pricing.
  • Can I customize the quotes and branding Roof Connect provides?
    Yes, we use your logo, branding, and contract templates to maintain a professional image. We can also add personalized pre-recorded videos of your company and color brochures for any roof type.
  • Do I need to train your sales reps on my services, or is that included?
    We handle all sales rep training based on the materials and preferences you provide. If you have very specific needs, please let your account manager know, so we can add it to the quotes and train the A.I. Co-Pilot.
  • How does the A.I. Co-Pilot improve sales outcomes?
    It provides real-time support only visible to sales reps for rebuttals, contract clarifications, and financing questions, improving consistency and trust in your roofing business.
  • What kind of reporting and insights do I get about my sales performance?
    Pro Plan: You’ll receive weekly performance reports and appointment recordings. On-Demand & Free-Trial: You'll receive reports bi-weekly, but no video recordings.
  • Who handles contract signing and financing approval for homeowners?
    We manage the contract signing process and guide homeowners through financing options. All of our reps have all legal qualifications to work in the U.S. and deal with personal sensitive information.
  • What do I need to provide to get started with Roof Connect?
    You’ll need to send your roofing license, liability insurance, logo, pricing, and contract template.
  • What happens after the free trial—how easy is it to upgrade to a paid plan?
    Upgrading is seamless; you simply choose a plan, provide payment information, and we scale your services immediately.
  • How long does it take to set up my account and start closing deals?
    Most contractors are fully onboarded and ready within 5-7 business days.
