By registering for an account or submitting any lead through Reehash.com, you (“Contractor”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reehash.com is a virtual sales enablement platform for contractors offering roofing, impact windows, and other residential services. Our focus is re-engaging and closing your undecided or lost leads—so your team can stay focused on production.

Reehash.com will:

• Re-engage submitted leads via SMS, email, or phone.

• Schedule and host virtual video calls with homeowners.

• Present branded 3D quotes, pricing, and financing options.

• Handle all pre-sale communications (reminders, follow-ups).

• Facilitate electronic contract signatures using your contract.

• Operate 100% under your brand identity.

Contractor agrees to:

• Provide accurate quotes, terms, pricing, and financing options.

• Upload or submit leads through Reehash.com.

• Maintain responsibility for permits, scheduling, installation, and fulfillment.

• Handle post-sale support, warranties, and project delivery.

• Use Reehash.com tools in accordance with applicable laws.

Reehash.com offers a single pricing structure:

Reehash On-Demand Plan

• Commission: 3% of the total final contract price

• Zero monthly or upfront fees

• First closed deal is free

• Contractor only pays if the homeowner signs and doesn’t cancel within 3 business days

• Weekly invoicing every Monday

• Payment due via ACH or credit card

• Late payments may result in service suspension and incur a late fee (up to the legal maximum)

• Agreement is month-to-month and begins upon account registration

• Either party may terminate with 15 days’ written notice

• All commissions for closed deals must be paid prior to termination

• No refunds for services rendered

• Reehash.com acts as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent

• Reehash.com does not guarantee any number of closed deals

• Contractor assumes full responsibility for project compliance, quality, and legality

• Reehash.com is not liable for contract enforceability, price discrepancies, or financing approval outcomes

• All Reehash.com software, tools, and branding remain the sole property of PB DYNAMIC VENTURES, LLC

• Contractor data and homeowner communications are confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to perform services

• Any disputes will be governed by Florida law

• Venue for disputes is Broward County, Florida

• Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of Florida state and federal courts

• By checking the box during registration, or by submitting any leads through Reehash.com, you agree to be bound by this Service Agreement and all its terms.
